The Libra FR10.3.6 Wall Channel GL1 is a concealed metal channel designed for drylining internal walls with gypsum plasterboard. To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase (such as a till receipt or order confirmation email) and ensure that the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered in—clean, dry, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product, whichever is later.

Getting A Refund

To obtain a refund, all goods within an order must be returned to Halcyon Timber in good condition before the refund will be processed. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in—clean, dry, and undamaged.

Please note that a 20% restocking charge applies to all returns.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment card used to make the order. Refunds take 3-5 working days to process; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
