If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error, Halcyon Timber will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs.
Restocking Charge
A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply to certain returned items where this has been agreed before purchase or where applicable to supplier returns. This will always be confirmed before processing your return.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund Times
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the return has been approved. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will offer one of the following in accordance with your legal rights:
Where a full order is cancelled within your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, any standard delivery charges paid will also be refunded.
If only part of an order is returned, or goods are returned outside your statutory cancellation rights, the original delivery charge may not be refundable.
